What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

We have the following payment methods available: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Why might my credit card be rejected?

Your card might be rejected for one of the following reasons:

- The card might have expired. Check that your card has not gone beyond its validity date.

- Your card might have reached its limit. Check with your bank that the card hasn’t exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.

- A detail entered could be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SEC (Secure E-Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After checking that the card belongs to the SEC system, the system will contact the bank that has issued it so the purchaser can authorise the purchase. When the bank confirms authenticity, the card is charged. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Bankwire payment

If you choose this option, you will see the data for bankwire payment after confirm your order. Remember include in bankwire concept, your name and your order number.
