Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at your chosen address (home, work, etc., but not at a PO box). YOUR JOY ships to any country in the world.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the destination. Below, you will find the details of the shipping costs corresponding to each country.
For shipping to the Iberian Peninsula we guarantee a delivery time of 72 hours.
For shipping to the European Union, the period is between 3 and 7 days. For international shipping outside the European Union, it depends on the country but is generally between 4 and 8 days.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
All our orders are individually packed in beautiful packaging. They are sent by messenger and must be signed for on delivery.

Can I track the status of my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the tracking number, together with a link to the website where you can check the status of the delivery.
What is the delivery process?
Once you have paid for your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail and another with the tracking number (including a link to the messenger company website). Finally, the transport company will contact you by SMS, e-mail or telephone to tell you the delivery date for your order. If you are out, you will be contacted again to agree a time that suits you.
If delivery is not possible, an attempt will be made to find a safe place to leave the package and you will be left a note explaining where it is.
18KT GOLD ARTICLES
How long will my order take to arrive?
The 18kt gold pieces will be produced on request, for this reason the delivery time is between 15-20 working days, for all shipments in Spain.
For all shipping in Spain the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is Correos or Seur.
For all the rest shipments, European Union (except Spain), America and Asia, the delivery time is between 25-35 working days.
Shipping cost for these pieces is free of charge.
CHANGES AND RETURNS FOR ALL ARTICLES (SILVER AND GOLD)
Do you need to make an exchange or a return?
YOUR JOY does accept exchanges and returns of items in a maximum period of 14 working days, counted from the date of receipt, to exercise your right of withdrawal (in accordance with art. 44 of the Retail Organisation Act 7/1996, of 15 January, amended by Act 47/2002, of 19 December). The product must be in perfect condition, with all documentation included. After this period, we will not be able to allow returns.
Engraved jewellery items cannot be returned.
What do I need to do to make an exchange or a return?
If you want to change your item, you need to contact our service contact@yourjoy.es for information. Also, if you have received your order in faulty condition, please contact us immediately.

When we receive the package you will be notified and the exchange or return will be made,depending on the payment method used, but only if the item is in perfect condition.
Transport costs for the return or exchange will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
YOUR JOY will accept no responsibility for any loss suffered by the package during shipping and it will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package reaches our facilities in perfect condition.

Unless the return is made because of a fault or defect in the product, costs related to shipping will be paid by the purchaser.
Only if the product delivered is defective or incorrect will YOUR JOY refund the corresponding shipping costs.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund by the same method as you used for the purchase.

After the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that the sum will be paid into your account in the 10 days following notification.
